At Alleluia boutique we hope you love your purchases however we understand online shopping can be difficult and returns may need to happen. Online purchases are eligible for store credit, exchange, or refund if returned within 14 days of your original purchase date. 

We cannot offer exchanges, store credit or refunds if it has been more than 14 days from your original purchase date. 

Please understand you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an online item

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
